We use a combination of 360-degree leadership assessment reports, robust self-assessment questionnaires and interviews to help an individual obtain a clear picture of his or her strengths and weaknesses and what his or Call to Action™ is.

Once the coaching assessment phase has been completed, we create with the client a coaching process that guides the individual to make the changes necessary for them to fulfill his or her Call to Action™.

We also provide one-day intensive coaching sessions where we diagnose the client’s leadership situation, provide her or him with feedback and create a plan that focuses on immediate behavioral change.
